Frequently Asked Questions...

Q. Where are you located?  Can I come pick-up an order?
A.  We do not have a storefront.  We function out of a commercial kitchen space so we are able to pass our
savings on to our clients!  Therefore, we do not offer pick-up...we deliver straight to your
front door giving you peace of mind that your order will arrive intact & on-time!

Q.  How can I order from you?
A.  Order on-line anytime or give us a ring from 9AM-5PM Tuesday-Sunday at 480.699.2687 - if we don't
answer leave a message as we are working hard to create something yummy or out on a delivery!

Q.  Where do you deliver?
A.  We deliver to the entire valley & beyond! Delivery charges usually range from $3.5o up to $20.00+ for
outlying locations around the metro area.  For other locations in Arizona extra charges will apply.

Q.  What is your delivery schedule?
A.  Monday - CLOSED, Tuesday-Friday - 12:00 PM-5:30 PM

Q. Do you have a minimum  for orders?
A.  We require a minimum order of 1 dozen cupcakes with 1 variety per dozen as all of our items are baked
absolutely fresh & therefore it is not economical to mix & match.  There is no minimum on our cakes.

Q.  Do you have any pre-made items for purchase?
A.  No, we do not as we are a custom bakery.   Everything that leaves our kitchen is absolutely fresh & made
just prior to delivery. Taste & quality is compromised in items made ahead or frozen.  
Unfortunately, this a common practice in most bakeries in the metro area & across the country.

Q.  How far in advance should I order a cake?
A.  We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for basic cakes &1 week for custom cakes.  If you place an order
within 48 hours or  within 1 week for the corresponding cake you will be charged a $10.00 rush order fee.
For weddings we suggest a minimum of 3 months, but please call or email for availability.

Q.  How do I pay for my order?
A.  Fill out the form on-line & we will send you an invoice.  The invoice will direct to
PayPal to pay via credit card or your PayPal account.

Q.  Do you have a catalog or brochure?
A.  We do not have a brochure other than our web site.  Each cake is custom designed so our website serves
as an opportunity for you to see  a small cross-section of previous work.  
Email or call us about your specific event and we can design  an exclusive edible work of art.

Q.  Do you offer tastings?  When may I come for one?  Is there a fee?
A.  Tastings are only done for wedding orders if requested.  There is a $25.00 fee which will be applied to
your final order.  Due to the busy lives of our clients and the time constraints and deadlines we face, most
appointments are made during business hours, Tuesday through Thursday.  Friday and Saturday we are busy
finishing and delivering the cakes for the weekend events.  Monday we are closed.  We try to accommodate
everyone's schedule, so please contact us and we will make every effort to work within your schedule
& to meet in a mutually acceptable location.

A.  Currently we have no job openings.
